We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our schedule. For this reason, the following policy applies:

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: The full session fee may be charged.

2. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to prevent delays for the next client. The full fee will still apply.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice:

It will be recorded as a no-show.
The full session fee may be charged.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Practitioner Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

You will be notified as soon as possible.
You will be offered a new appointment at the nearest available date.
No fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to practitioner illness or emergency.
