VA Sports Massage provides sports massage, soft tissue therapy, and related wellbeing services. All treatments are carried out by a qualified therapist.

Treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You should consult your GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be requested through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

You are responsible for ensuring the contact details you provide (email, phone number) are correct so we can confirm or update your booking if needed.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment for treatments is made in person at the appointment, by the methods accepted at the clinic (e.g., cash or card).

Prices for services are displayed on the website or communicated at the time of booking and may be updated from time to time.

4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

5. Health & Medical Information

You must inform the therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or recent surgeries before and during treatment.

The therapist reserves the right to decline or stop a treatment if they consider it unsafe or inappropriate for your condition, or if the information provided is incomplete or misleading.

6. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Any abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in the immediate termination of the session, with full payment still due.

7. Liability

While every care is taken to ensure your safety and comfort, VA Sports Massage is not liable for:

• Any pre-existing conditions not disclosed before treatment
• Any issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice or therapist recommendations
• Minor, temporary discomfort or reactions that can occur after manual therapy

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

8. Personal Data & Privacy
